Establish a Campaign Committee (CFA-1)
This form must be filed electronically. A signed copy must also be emailed or faxed. Call 800-622-4941 for assistance.
State Convention Delegate (CAN-37)
Consider filing as an elected delegate to the Indiana State Democratic Convention on July 13th in Indianapolis. This allows you to vote to nominate the Democratic candidate for the offices of Attorney General and Lieutenant Governor.
